Our latest feature is huge! Starting now, your bots can natively understand up to six languages, while you only have to manage it in one language!
Setup your bot in either English or French as usual and tick the box to support all the other five languages: English or French of course, but also German, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese and Chinese. That's all you need to do: the bot will understand what language the request was made in and translate the answer!
You can also convert an existing bot to multilingual mode: it really can not get any simpler than that.
