Answer Scheduling

We just released a simple new feature that allows you to "hide" an answer outside of a given time frame.

Let's say that your company is planning on announcing a reorganization on October 1st, and you are tasked with preparing the chatbot that will answer questions. However, the bot is under no circumstance allowed to give specific information before a certain date. Or imagine that you are in charge of an event ending on August 10th, and as you will be in vacation you want to schedule some data to expire right after the end of the event without having to worry about it on the beach.

It is now possible through our new "schedule" feature! Simply select a start date or end date (or both!) and Clevy will not answer this question outside of the schedule you decide. Easy!
