Clevy helps you to make decisions! Add custom buttons to knowledge items and by clicking on them, allow users to get the answer that suits them the best. It's very useful when there are different possible replies to a question, depending on the context.

Global redesign

New season, new features, new Clevy! 🌼

Everyday we're working hard to improve user experience and now we're so glad to present our new rebranded platform. Many new features are coming to make your daily use enjoyable and intuitive!

🇮🇹 New Native Language: Italian 🇮🇹

Our growing user base in Italy has been requesting that we add their language for a long time. It is now a done deal, and we can now say...

Benvenuto a tutti!

Ignored words

When you give your bot a nice little name, some people may start their sentences with "Hello Alfred, how do I create a PRQ?" - with Alfred here only interfering with your training data. Clevy can automatically ignore Hello, ... but it is hard to know whether or not the word Alfred itself is meaningful. For example, if the CEO of your company is Alfred Pennyworth, people may ask "When did Alfred Pennyworth start working at Wayne Enterprises?", and in that case Alfred is a very usable information for understanding the bot's meaning.

To help Clevy better differentiate such cases, you can now opt-in to ignore certain words, which should automatically improve your bot's performance!

Ignoring a word is about as easy as adding custom company acroyms: simply add the list of words you want your bot to ignore in the "Vocabulary" panel.

🔊 Broadcasts

With our new Broadcast feature, you can now send an unlimited number of messages to an unlimited number of individual recipients, instantly.

This is especially helpful if you want to be able to send info to your users. With Broadcast, a chatbot can initiate a conversation instead of only being able to reply to user requests.

As usual, sending broadcasts is super easy and instantaneous. You can define groups of targets in advance (by importing a list of email addresses for example), and send individual messages to each user in the list when needed.

The first use case that comes to mind is events managements: prepare your groups in advance and send them reminders when a session is about to start. All participants will be notified instantly and it will help you stay on track!

With Broadcast Analytics, you can also see the full history of all your previous broadcast, as well as find out if somebody did not receive the broadcast.

😁😎🤓🤖 Emojis!🕷🦇🕸😱

To celebrate Halloween 🎃, we have added a new Emoji button to all the text fields, allowing you to easily add emojis in one click anywhere!

Emojis help you convey meaning to your answers, but also help making Clevy a more fun experience for everyone.

What Emojis are your favorites?

Resolved Questions View

With Clevy you can now go back in time ⏳...

Well, almost. With the "Resolved" inbox view, you can now seen what questions have been handled, and how they have been handled. Super useful to easily see what happened lately in your bot!

5 additional multilingual languages

We just added 5 new languages to Clevy's multilingual capabilities: Russian 🇷🇺, Italian 🇮🇹, Japanese 🇯🇵, Dutch 🇳🇱 and Polish 🇵🇱. Of course, the 6 initial languages (French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese (simplified) and German) are still available as well, which makes it a total of 11 languages on the platform!

These new languages are available immediately to all multilingual bots, at no additional cost.

New native languages: 🇵🇹🇪🇸!

After French and English, Clevy now speaks Spanish and Portuguese natively! Our data team has been hard at work during the whole summer for this massive release, which also comes with many improvements in speed and stability.

You can now create chatbots in these 4 languages. This makes it possible to create bots for whole new regions: the whole of South America, Spain, Portugal... If you already have a Clevy organization, you are automatically eligible to create a chatbot in these new languages! Ask your account representative for a demo, we will gladly oblige.

Multilingual Bots

Our latest feature is huge! Starting now, your bots can natively understand up to six languages, while you only have to manage it in one language!

Setup your bot in either English or French as usual and tick the box to support all the other five languages: English or French of course, but also German, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese and Chinese. That's all you need to do: the bot will understand what language the request was made in and translate the answer!

You can also convert an existing bot to multilingual mode: it really can not get any simpler than that.

We really REALLY hope you will enjoy this feature, as we are extremely proud of it. Some of our customers have been using it for a little while and the feedback has been GREAT! 😊
